2M (LS74) PINS 10,12 ARE CONNECTED TO PR96
i suspect that this is a sil array, find the resistor-pack PR96 and check it,

replace 8M (LS138) it resets the IRQ line.

GETTING SO CLOSE NOW, YOU CAN ALMOST SMELL THE BURNT SILICON! :-)
