Sources for Space Duel monitor repair

Now that Asteroids is up and going...(thanks for all the help!)
it is time to get the Space Duel cocktail working. This worked when I got
it...for about 20 minutes. Then the monitor died. The game still plays
blind.

Are there any good reference pages with step by step info, I am still pretty
much of a newbie here.
