Don't try the 19VATP22, although Richardson once recommended this as a
replacement for the M48AAW00X, I believe Michael Kelley tried one and
the neck was too large for the amplifone yoke.
You might try Clarke Electronics at www.picturetubes.net
The tube may not be listed on their website, but they have something I'm
sure. Matt Rossiter posted something on this last year I think.
