ERR - not exactly :)

it uses the same pinout as a 2716 eprom.
2k static ram.

you can use it to replace upto 4 2114 rams.
you put it in a disused eprom position with the WE & OE pins bent up and jumpered to the right place.
dont know about g80 pcb's, but thats the general method.
it works great on galaxian, tempest * asteroids so-far.
