multiple monitors

Following a thread on RGVAC about hooking up multiple raster monitors to
a single PCB, anyone want to give a go at the proper way to do it for
vector monitors?

Yeah, I know I'm living in the world of "I have so many extra working
vector monitors I don't know what to do with them," but I'm thinking
this might be a good way to test monitors without having to drag out a
cabinet. Keep a monitor cable splitter constantly plugged into the game
and when needed, hook up a video buffer circuit and an extra monitor.

Think of the party possibilities...
