Omega Race Question

This one should be pretty simple.

I just finished fixing up an Omega Race. I'm just missing the monitor
bezel.

Did this game use an overlay of any kind such as Asteroids Deluxe? I seem
to remember this game in blue, but I could be wrong.

The black light illuminates the CRT quite a bit, so I'm trying to figure out
if that's because it's missing an overlay or something else.
