the bounce is either the power supply caps or the edge connector,
(probably)
you need to check all the earth connections and the edge connector(probably replace it)
this may fix the bounce but the dip thing is likely gonna need a pcb repair.
i think you cant do it, maybe you need to invite one of us over for a beer!
