Amplifone HV units

I'm about to sacrifice a couple of amplifone HV boards for their wiring
harnesses. (I'm going to install HV units from arcade shop and I need the
harnesses).
My question is which units should I not butcher. I have 3 with white boards,
3 with green boards and 1 blue board. (or are they all worthy of being
chopped?)
