Hey Roger, I dont have a Tempest but I have rebuilt both the AR-1 and AR-2
boards and I know nothing will work untill you have your +5volts. You should
measure it at the test points on the AR-2 board. If you have 3.2volts on your
main +5Volt line then you have a short somewhere pulling it down which should
smoke something or your 5 volt regulator is bad. Also check all pins on the AR-2
board where the molex plugs into. You may have a broken solder joint. The +/-
24volt should be fine, thats used by the monitor.
