Sorry -- yes -- that's why I said "Unless it has a custom wireing harness".

The Z testpoint on the board would be the B/W output. But you can't just
plug a monochrome monitor into the standard plug for the color monitor and
have it work.

I've mentioned this before on the list -- but the key to figuring this is
the fact that there is only 1 Z DAC. There is only a single 'intensity'
value being set, and it is switched to the r/g/b outputs to make the colors
if a given 'dot'.
