Is this the power supply that would be found in a StarCastle?

My StarCastle keeps blowing it's fuses after about 20 seconds, then when you reset them the time till they blow again gets shorter and shorter till it has been left off for a while.

Shorted rectifier diodes CR1, CR2 or both together could cause
those symptoms too. I'd suspect them first.

I'm working on a Xentek power supply which keeps blowing fuse F2 (3A slow blow). In fact I have 3 power supply units that I've thrown on the shelf with a similar problem. I figure this must be a common problem with the cine power supplies.

    Here's a schematic

The unit will make a short buzz sound before blowing the fuse. I've tried it without anything plugged in except the power cord itself.

Maybe the large capacitors are shot? I wouldn't imagine the transformer went bad.
