By the way, I've also thought of changing the board to take 2716 roms.

This image is large, but look at this and take note of the Address Mode. With the two masked rom configuration mine is in, the jumpers are set such that the right-most vertically aligned dots are connected. http://rossiters.com/docs/tailgunner-rom-pinouts_files/tailgunner-rom-large.gif - basically pin 3 of J4 is disabled.

Is it possible to modify this in order to accomodate four 2716 roms?

Matt

I'm still stuck on this issue with my tailgunner board. Right now it's working 100%. But one of the roms is showing signs of being flakey after it warms up after 10 minutes.

All I want to do is replace the two roms http://rossiters.com/docs/tailgunner-proms.jpg - with some freshly burned eproms.
I think these are masked roms.

If you look at this page http://rossiters.com/docs/rom-pinouts.html - it looks like the pinouts of these roms are similar to the TMS2532 roms.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Maybe I'm not putting the right data on these roms. I know how to take the 4 2716 roms and combine them into 2 roms. I'm
Just not sure what order they go.

Could someone please offer some suggestions?
