Yet Another ZVG Question

PROBLEM 1
With DOS my ZVG works fine (with parameter D3,1)
But with Windows 98 after about 5 seconds I receive the message "no ZVG
present" but on my monitor for that time I can se the vm_menu. What can I
do?

PROBLEM 2
I'd like to run VectorMame through Windows because I've USB trackball and
USB spinner. If you don't know how to solve the problem 1, do you know how
to use USB trackball and spinned with DOS?
