Update on new Amp HVU boards

Hopefully, I won't be crying "wolf" for too much longer and will have my new
Amp HVU boards ready for sale. I have proto unit with original harness
working very well, but 2nd proto with new harness blows a fuse. I have been so
busy with my day job, that I have been slack in getting this resolved. I will
try to get the problem resolved this week and send of proto #2 to somebody
for testing in their system and critique.
