Black Widow in a Space Duel

I recently acquired a Black Widow PCB from an eBay auction and I'm planning to restore a Gravitar that was converted to JAMMA. Anyway, I have a working Space Duel and I was wondering if I can test whether the board boots and works or not in the Space Duel by just plugging it in.
