Depends what you mean by "they". All of the dataio programmers do all PROMs,
although Signetics proms have been "hidden" under Phillips, since the
acquisition in the late '80s / early '90s.

As a general rule, the dataio does _all_ parts that were current at the
time your s/w release was made. Then again, that's what you get for spending
a lot of money. IIRC, our Unisite was >$30K new. I picked mine up for <$100
at a flea market.

The EMPs don't do any PROMs.
