My Ast. Deluxe is on the fritz

Just the other day, Well actually 3 months ago. My Ast Dlx stopped working.

It plays blind with the spot killer on.

One of the x or y seems to be fluctuating around 1-3v the other y or x is
steady at around -9v

Any idea what I should be looking at? I'd like to try and fix this pcb as
all the numbers in the machine match and it has the original roms.
