that's the cpu data-buffer,
it's a common failure in games in general.

it's a standard part but your searching wrong, lose the "SN" that designates the maker as texas-instruments and just look for a 74LS245 or a 74HCT245

you can get them anywhere for under a $.
dont forget to buy a turned-pin/machined-pin socket for it incase you ever have to remove it again.
