I don't know about that. Had two motherboards that refused to boot after
5-10 reseatings of the LGA775 CPUs. Both separate incidences had a bit of
Arctic Silver on the bottom. Cleaned it off both times with alcohol and
everything worked perfectly. Might be sensitive at some frequencies and
not others.
