ASTEROIDS DELUXE strange problem...

Hi all,

Yesterday I found an untested ASTEROIDS DELUX board I bought last year, I
plugged it in my ASTEROIDS cab and.

it works, I can play, insert coins (I know coins and starts are swapped, the
same for left/right) and so on, but I can see a strange problem. The first
letter of each line is corrupted. For instance "GAME OVER" has part of "G"
corrupted, with vectors all over the screen. The same happens in test mode,
in which the first "0" of each line is corrupted in the same way.

Do you have any idea?

I checked the ROMS and all of them are ok. I suppose could be the circuit
that draw texts but I can't understand where this function is implemented.
