Battlezone stuff

Hi guys,
I am about to restore my Battlezone cabinet, and I am looking for a source
for :
- green/red layers for the monitor
- new pcb interconnection cables
I've already seen them on a store, but can't remember what it was. Thanks a
lot in advance
