Black widow or Gravitar R2 prom needed

I bought a nonworking gravitar board off of ebay. Turns out its a Black Widow (which is fine.) It had a couple of chips missing (AVG and CPU, and R2). The AVG and CPU are no problem, but where do I get the PROM needed at R2. Its described in the manual as a 136010-112.

What is the chip (is it a color prom)? and where can I get one.
