      Hi,

      I found an article on the internet from one of the Atari guys that explains how the vector generators and monitors work on the old games. Jim Margolin wrote several great articles that are available to view. The State Machine, AVG and pincushion circuitry is all laid out and explained.

      Tempest used MC1495s and TL082CPs for the pincushion adjustment on the board. Hope it's not the AM6012 or DAC312 that's gone bad; these are kinda expensive.

      Check those adjusting pots really close and measure them
