Another 19v2000 ?

Ok, I've got a 19v2000 that out of the blue just started producing a single
dot middle of the screen.

Spot Killer LED is off, (yes it works)

But getting no X Y deflection.

I've read somewhere that cause was probably q503, and 504. Checked and
replaced both with good known. No help.

Can swap with another deflection board, and it works fine. So game board
doesn't seem to be the problem.
