Check the stupid stuff (power supply voltages ON MAIN BOARD, slow parts (6502 instead of 6502A, wrong speed EPROMS/RAM), wrong clock or interrupt speeds to processor). Sometimes you can luck out checking the simple stuff that gets ignored.

Ok, I've never come across this so I'm kinda stuck at finding a starting
point.

Known good Aux
New Cable
Headers re-flowed.

Had a Bad Vector Rom R3
Rom/Ram tests check good on Fluke
Self test comes up with no errors, all input tests check out etc.

Put it in play mode, and Nothing. Watchdog barking. Ground Watch Dog, still
nothing.

Thought I would ask if anyone has run across this before jumping off this
bridge.

Kevin
