Headers re-flowed.
Had a Bad Vector Rom R3
Rom/Ram tests check good on Fluke
Self test comes up with no errors, all input tests check out etc.
Put it in play mode, and Nothing. Watchdog barking. Ground Watch Dog, still nothing.
Thought I would ask if anyone has run across this before jumping off this bridge.
