Most collectors in the forums expect to buy for bargain basement prices, unless it's something super-rare. Some people (but not me) seem to have good luck with Craig's List (I find a high ratio of a**holes & scammers to legit buyers). Then there is eBay, of course, which comes with it's own set of fees & hastles. But I think that's where to get your best sale price. I don't sell lots of stuff, but I usually offer it to my local forum, then KLOV. My 25 cents. Good luck.
