Pat 9000 P64 to P67 pin assinments

In my quest to make my own plugs for the PAT 9000 I searched for the pinouts
of P67 the right side 57 pin CPC plug. It wasn't until I fully looked at the
P64 pin assignment page closer that I noticed the pin assignments. It's a
bit confusing at first to look at the way Atari laid it out. So I thought I
would list out the P64 to P67 pin assignments according to the way the pin
numbers are actually labeled on the plugs. So this may help someone in the
future.
