Asteroids Deluxe graphic problem

Been working on a very dead Asteroids Deluxe. I've finally got picture. In
game mode I've got a vertical line going up form the center, then angling
off to the upper right. I also have diagonal lines under the zero scores.

In test mode I have 4 0's on the upper dip switch settings then a diagonal
line for the 5th, Looking at the manual I think there should be only 4 0's
on both dip switch lines, but the bottom has 5.
