It reminds me of the connected lines problem of the explosions on Asteroids
and Asteroids Deluxe boards. Google that issue and it may also provide some
clues where to look on your OR circuit.

If your Omega Race board is doing what Kevin's youtube video
shows, then your board has a problem. I have repaired a few
and this is not normal. It has a problem.

Check for bad traces from acid damage.
