Yes, an identical copy of the Atari Quantum board. I added the blue wire factory mod into the design but otherwise that's it.

Basically I reverse engineered the Quantum PCB starting with the schematics and working forward. Took me over a year to do, but it's done and I have my working prototype.
 
I thought I would offer to provide PCB blanks and a couple of the really hard to find chips for sale if anyone really wants a Quantum PCB.
 
I also provide a BOM which gives part numbers, suppliers and totals to help.
