Ampliphone Deflection Resistors Two Questions

Hey all,

Rebuilding some Amplifone deflection boards and I notice that all the documentation I have says R14 should be 1.2K, but both the boards I'm working on have a 12K in that spot.  I find it interesting that the corresponding resistor on the other side is the 1.6K as the manual states.  Any thoughts on what I should use there?

Secondly, R6 and R29 are missing on the boards.   The manual specifies wire wound, but doesn't say whether they should be non inductive or not.  I though I recalled the resistors on the WG6100 that perform the same task are non inductive.  Will it matter if I use plain old ceramic wire wound?   Thanks -Malcolm
