Hi John,

It's hard to say without seeing your config. The install should go something
like this:

Download the new menu zip file, extract it and drop all the files into the
same folder as the old menu (more than likely your vector mame folder)

Next you need to edit your autoexec.bat file (in the root of the c: drive):
at the end you probably have a couple of lines like:

cd zvgmame (or whatever your mame folder is called)
vm_menu.exe

You need to change the call to the old menu so the new one is run instead,
so change the line:
vm_menu.exe
to:
vmmenu.exe

You can then tweak the vmmenu config files as per the docs to customise the
games list, change the keys and colours etc.
