There is a Z testpoint on all Atari color vector games.

Because -- there is actually only intensity for all three colors.
Instead of three intensity levels, there is one level that is latched to the
color(s) that are active.

You can't have say 30% red and 60% blue. You set the level to 30%, and
activate red and blue. The Z testpoint just takes the intensity level before
any of the color latches.
