I like a part that is sealed to keep dust out of the wiper area. The boxed parts have a more convenient adjustment slot and typically provide a better value tolerance and temperature stability. If you don't mind paying a buck more, you could try one of these...

    They are BOTH surface mount.

  Doh... That'll teach me to pay attention (probably not, but it should :) )
  I breezed right past the whole ZVG bit and was thinking classic vectors :O
