My hv uint keeps blowing the hot, and upon further analysis, I think IC
900 is hosed. Adjusting the frequency, I get 10k with the pot
all the way up, and it goes to 0v dc about half way down. Also the
vector sensitivty affects it the same way..only works if its all the way
up. +-9v looks fine. Im thinking it has to be IC 900.
