Turned out to be a problem on the Y Dac causing incomplete deflection. Fixed
that and it works fine.

The spot killer on the 6100 is not influenced by Z, so it would appear that
either the X and/or Y is not causing deflection. Check your connections
obviously, but make sure to include a ground lead from the game board under
test to the 6100 as the signal grounds much be common.

The GO5-801/2 and 6100 input levels are compatible for the most part so
signal levels shouldn't be an issue.

You mentioned "BW output"; the BW output is generally a sum of the R/G/B
into a single Z channel but be aware that it may be inverted.
