It's not 100% complete, because the card edge connector assembly that holds the three boards together is damaged. The PCB is fine, but it needs to have 2 of the edge connectors replaced. Or the whole assembly needs to be replaced with one of the reproduction units available. I powered this up when I still had my Star Wars machine last year, and borrowed the edge connector board from the working machine to try it out. The game played fine, but I made a note that the video was a little shaky. If you're up for replacing or fixing the connector assembly, you'll have a nice board set.
