Wow – I need to move out of this HOA snob hill... and get me some land so I can do that.

Kinda puts my minor wood working to shame

Yeah; with that much insulation; AC should be manageable.

Yeah Still adding more electric, I'm going to need to get AC soon.. It's well insulated, but still these currently 90 degree days and games keep it warmer than I would like. Tomorrow the projection screen goes up. I've got a lounge area that's not shown yet, ust got all the couches and table out here today.

  Wow. Fantastic arcade / shop.

Funniest thing I read in a while. You know, it could really be good weed-out criteria. If they can't figure out how to coin it up ..... show them the dart board. In another section of the arcade. :-)

    Holy cow! That's impressive!

I'd swear I saw a video of that place back in the '90s. I think it was called arcade 84 or some such. IIRC it had a Journey (not the game) soundtrack. If you haven't seen it, I'll send it to you. The similarity is uncanny.

No pictures of the "shop" though.

That is a great idea. The plus side is you guys could fix em when they broke too. I've been building my little arcade now for the past year, and my daughter graduates next week. She wants to have a graduation party in the arcade. So it's a bunch of teenage kids who have probably never even seen an actual arcade game, or pinball.

Here's a little photo album of my little game room.

The main reason for this is not for me. Its for people who have no experience with games. They can barely figure out to press p1 to get the game going. So the less complicated I make it the better. If it was for me I have no problems just opening the coin door. But when. You have 100 guest at a party I don't want to have to e/plain oh you have to push this hidden button first then this button. Its fun enough explaining how to start a pinball game.

Since you put it that way, maybe you're focusing on the wrong end of the equation:

Can you invite smarter people? :-)

For example, where's our invitation? You wouldn't have to hack free play mods on your games for us!

        Just a thought...
