K6100 problem with HV section

Hi guys, again I'll preface this with the fact that I'm not the sharpest on these things. :)  But I have a WG 6100 monitor that isn't working.  The monitor works fine when I borrow a working HV cage from another unit.  I'm hearing chatter and getting neck glow.  But when I check the B+, I'm only reading 25 volts.  So far, I've replaced these components with no change:

C910, C909, C905, C914, C901, C902

I've also checked the 555 timer and it appears to not be getting any input voltage.  Any tips on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated!
