Re: Modern replacements / xref for deflection transistors

I wish I could unsend my previous message and replace it with this one. I
was at work and a bit distracted when I type the first one. Replacing a 2A
part with a 0.5A part obviously only works under certain conditions. I
wouldn't want that advice to lead to failures in other applications so I've
updated the list so that it is not application dependent. The following
replacements should always work.

MPSU57 = PNP, 100V, 2A, 150 MHz, hfe = 140 @ 50mA, 65 @ 250 mA, 30 @ 500 mA
Replace with ZTX753
http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/ZTX753/ZTX753-ND/92510

MPSU60 = PNP, 300V, 0.5A, 60 MHz, hfe = 25 @ 1mA, 30 @ 10 mA, 30 @ 30 mA
Replace with MPSW92R
http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/MPSW92RLRAG/MPSW92RLRAGOSCT-ND/1967202?cur=USD

MPSU07 = NPN, 100V, 2A, 150 MHz, hfe = 110 @ 50mA, 65 @ 250 mA, 33 @ 500 mA
Replace with ZTX653
http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/ZTX653/ZTX653-ND/92504

MPSU10 = NPN, 300V, 0.5A, 45 MHz, hfe = 25 @ 1mA, 40 @ 10 mA, 40 @ 30 mA
Replace with MPSW42G
