Swap the two POKEY chips (at B3 and C/D3) and see if anything changes.
Could be one is bad. If nothing changes, replace LM324 at D5. If nothing
changes, replace LM324 at B5. If I knew specifically which of the two
POKEY's generates which specific sounds then I could be more specific as to
which POKEY or opamp is most likely at fault.
