  Yeah, if it was a drop of .12, I wouldn't be so worried. =) The
voltage drops _to_ .12-.26. So it sounds like this regulation thing is
common as a failure, any pointers to some info somewhere? Spies? Thanks for
the help, now I need more. =) I slightly understand a schem, but not
nec. good enough to figure out which would be the pass transistor and
such, on my own. I want to learn, and I will eventually, but I don't
want to wait til I do, to fix this. =)
