If they work ok you havn't hurt them.

I used a new Toei 16" monitor meant for a slot machine as a test monitor
for several months, then I realized it was a 100vac monitor. Now I knew
why it seemed to be a little more "violent" sounding when powering up then
my other monitors :) After several months it still worked fine.. And the
HV wouldn't be up high enough to make the CRT emit X-Rays so all is well.
