According to the Joust manual, the LED display will indicate one of the
following:
    0 This means 'OK'
    1 This means RAM error and will be followed by the bank number and chip
number.
    2 This means ROM error and is followed by a 2 digit chip number.
    3 This means CMOS RAM error.
