   I am not 100% sure, and just for the reason you explain: the "Power
Good" signal indicates that both the +5 and +12 are ready to go (they
have "come up" completely). The Williams boards need to have +5 after
+12 is good. While I think that holding the CPU in reset will work, I
would not bet my life on it. YMMV...

   I would say "Try it," and see if you ever get CMOS corruptions! :)
