Resolution - WG K4600 monitor problem

Thanks to everyone who responded. There turned out to be two problems.

First, both ground contacts on the game PCB are burned off. Oddly, nothing
else was damaged. I ran a wire with faston connectors from test points on
the game board and ARII. This helped a bit, but . . .

The main problem turned out to be just a dirty finger on the h-sync wire of
the harness connector to the monitor. Pull the pin, polish it up, works
fine. I'll probably replace the connector on my next parts order.

The picture is MUCH better now then before though, which I think is because
of the ground (or lack thereof). The picture was very washed out before, but
amazingly it was playing fine. I had recapped the monitor looking to fix the
washed-out picture. It never occurred to me to check the game board.
