The guy who was hosting the site for me stopped being able to receive connections on port 80 (ISP didn't want him hosting web sites, I guess). One of these days I plan to put a dynamic version up again using a database, but haven't had time.

As far as the monitor pdf's, I listed every monitor that I had info on. It helped me remember what stuff I still had to scan.
