If you take a quick look at the manual you will see that you have incorrect
ROM numbers matched with board locations. THe locations you specify are TTL
chips.

(and if David or Pete are reading this how about using Better File Rename
(or equivalent) to replace all those name spaces with underscores so that
the URLs don't include all those %20 characters? :)
