Y-Output
You should have a Freq. on PIN 10 of IC 4A
(If not then something is wrong with 4B and it's components.)

Then on 4A PIN 9 (TSP1) you should have the (FREQ of PIN 10) divided by 2
On PIN 4 it is divided by 128

IC 3A outputs should be counting the FREQ.

X-Output works the same as Y-Output
